New patients are generally seen within the same week. The first visit is a proper baseline: history, examination, medication review, on-site lab work and a plan you leave with. Care is delivered in English and Spanish.

The primary care clinic is at 8380 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33144, on the SW 8th Street corridor through Westchester with street parking directly outside. Our dermatology clinic is a few doors down at 8364 SW 8th St, which means skin concerns raised in a primary care visit do not require a referral across the city.
On site: annual physicals, blood pressure and diabetes management, cholesterol monitoring, EKG, blood draws, vaccinations, work and pre-employment physicals, school and sports physicals, confidential STD testing and telehealth visits.

We accept a wide range of commercial, Medicare and Medicaid plans — the current list is on the accepted insurance page, and staff will verify your specific plan before your visit so there are no surprises.
Bring photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications and doses, and any recent test results or hospital paperwork. If you are transferring care, the name of your previous practice is enough for us to request records.
